Founded under the stewardship of Anne C Griffith, Nurture Women's Collective was built to address the quiet isolation experienced during reproductive transitions. By integrating rigorous clinical background with traditional caregiving circles, we offer a grounded alternative to fragmented healthcare.
Operating from our Upland sanctuary, we serve mothers across eastern Los Angeles and western San Bernardino counties with steady, evidence-informed support that treats emotional recovery as a structural baseline.
A non-hierarchical model for community wellness
Our practice rests on the conviction that maternal care must remain rooted in mutual respect and unhurried listening. We maintain strict professional standards while rejecting the sterile detachment often found in conventional clinical environments, ensuring families feel genuinely held.
From postpartum recovery workshops to family-centered care navigation, every program is designed to honor the whole person. We work alongside regional medical providers to ensure our members receive comprehensive, compassionate guidance through every stage.
Finding this foothill sanctuary changed everything about how I experienced early motherhood. There was no rush, no clinical judgment—just quiet solidarity.
